Return Instructions

If you wish to return an item to TheJacketMaker, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All ordered and complimentary items must be returned in good condition along with the packing slip. In case of shoe returns, the item should be unworn, unwrinkled, and undamaged. In case the item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact the customer support.

  • We offer free returns within 30 days after the delivery of the jacket.
  • Once your return request is received one of customer support representative will get back to you along with a prepaid shipping label that you'll be able to use to send the jacket back.
  • Regular products can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit, whereas, bespoke or made-to-measure products can only be returned for alteration.
  • Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
